FAQ
Questions & answers
What if enrichment finds no match?
You pay 0 credits. The lead is saved with the parsed badge data and marked 'needs review'. Fix the name or company inline and hit Re-Enrich — it tries again. If there's still no match the lead stays exportable anyway.
Do I need to install an app?
No. LeadScanner is a PWA (Progressive Web App) that runs entirely in your browser. It works on iPhone and Android — just open the URL and scan. You can optionally add it to your home screen for a native app feel.
Which CRMs do you support?
Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Fibery are fully supported with auto-push and duplicate checking. Fibery has no fixed contact schema, so you map the fields to your own databases once.
Does LeadScanner have an API or MCP server?
Yes. Pro and Team include a REST API and an MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT and other AI agents can search your leads, add notes and even scan new business cards. Create an API key in Settings and connect your agent with one command.
Do credits roll over?
No. Credits reset at the start of each billing month. Free plan included.
How do team accounts work?
Everyone who joins must share the same email domain (e.g. @yourcompany.com). The owner pays one subscription and can allocate a monthly credit budget to each team member. Members never see billing details.
Is my data safe?
Your leads are stored in our own EU database (Frankfurt), isolated per account. You can export everything as CSV or delete your account at any time. We never sell your data. Verified business-contact details do feed a shared contact base that pre-fills scans for everyone — never your notes, and never who scanned whom (privacy policy, §8).
How do I cancel?
One click in Settings → Billing. Your subscription cancels immediately in Stripe and access ends the next day. No forms, no support tickets.
