Questions & answers

What if enrichment finds no match?

You pay 0 credits. The lead is saved with the parsed badge data and marked 'needs review'. Fix the name or company inline and hit Re-Enrich — it tries again. If there's still no match the lead stays exportable anyway.

Do I need to install an app?

No. LeadScanner is a PWA (Progressive Web App) that runs entirely in your browser. It works on iPhone and Android — just open the URL and scan. You can optionally add it to your home screen for a native app feel.

Which CRMs do you support?

Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive are fully supported with auto-push and duplicate checking.

Do credits roll over?

No. Credits reset at the start of each billing month. Free plan included.

How do team accounts work?

Everyone who joins must share the same email domain (e.g. @yourcompany.com). The owner pays one subscription and can allocate a monthly credit budget to each team member. Members never see billing details.

Is my data safe?

Your leads are stored in our own EU database, isolated per account. You can export everything as CSV or request deletion at any time. We never sell your data or use it to enrich other users' contacts.

How do I cancel?

One click in Settings → Billing. Your subscription cancels immediately in Stripe and access ends the next day. No forms, no support tickets.
